Simple Spanish Tortilla

Onion
Olive oil
Milk

1) Heat the oil in a pan and fry sliced onion and potatoes until they are soft - not crunchy. Let them cool down.

2) Melt some butter in a pan and whisk the eggs and milk together until nice and fluffy.

3) Mix the onion and potato mixture into the eggs and cook it over the lowest temperature for 20-25 minutes until it is set.
