Spurs or West Ham for Olympic Stadium?

Tottenham will rip up the athletics track if they take over the Olympic Stadium in Stratford. Is this a good use of the taxpayers money spent on building the stadium in the first place?
Nick spoke to rfans of Tottenham and West Ham - the two clubs vying for the stadium - before Ed Warner of UK Athletics said it was an insult that Spurs were considering throwing them out to Crystal Palace.
