Morning Team!
Or should that be g'day mate? Well it is in our local police station in Twickenham!
I went in to report the car trouble I had the other day and was greeted by a lovely Aussie WPC. She listens to the show, but I forgot to ask her name, it's probably Sheila. Anyway WPC 'Sheila' said that I didn't need to report the accident, because I wasn't hurt; let's just hope that the insurance company get their skates on, although I'm picking-up my replacement car today.
I'm dusting down my sequined jacket for my big turn tomorrow night! I'm turning on the Christmas lights! It should be a fantastic evening. There will be lots of entertainment, including someone called 'Mr Fuzzy' - I've no idea what we are in store for there - but it's meant to be a family show!
Nathan Morley was on the phone from Cypress this morning, but goodness knows where he was in his head? He switched-off half-way through our conversation to write an e-mail! Can you believe that? I wouldn't mind but he's only on for about 10mins! He must have the attention span of an insect - a Nat perhaps?
Thanks again to Hillman Butchers for all the meat. They send us presenters a sort-of hamper every year, I'm especially looking forward to trying the Ostrich steak, I might have that today, or maybe I'll try the Polish Bacon……? I'll let you know.
See you tomorrow,
Steve.
