Morning Team!
Oh good grief, what a morning! I'm writing this with about 25 steaming mugs in front of me, all containing a different home remedy designed to rid me of this horrid cough! Thank you to those of you who took pity on me enough to send in your suggestions, although there were a few of you who seemed to prefer my dulcet tones this way and the word 'sexy' was even used on more than one occasion!
I did my very best not to mention Mrs Cole today, but I failed at that one, as the papers are absolutely full of their marriage split! Anyone would think there wasn't any proper news out there in the world and it would seem that she has chosen to ignore the lyrics of her own song and to stop fighting for this love…
I suppose you can't really blame her if all the stories are true, but be prepared to have a complete overload in the papers of this story over the next few days!
My thanks to Steve Hargrave, who let me cough in his ear as he played us this weeks new releases. Do you know, with my voice the way it is at the moment, I think I could make it as a pop-star; if you heard my version of "I was born under a wondering star this morning then I'm sure you will agree; if you missed it then you shall just have to down load the podcast, as I don't think I shall be doing that again……
