And what a fabulous Thursday morning it's been! I do like Thursdays, not only are we towards the end of the week, but we also get to see Paul Savory! Yes, the man himself joined me in the studio to go through the papers and he also shared some good advice about bottled water and porridge, have a listen back to the podcast if you missed it, you won't be disappointed! Paul's also decided that he wants to buy a Bentley, well once you've seen how cool I look cruzin' around in MY wheels it's only natural to want to follow suit; although you would have to go a long way to get the kind of cool vibe that I've got going on - except when I have to take Auntie Enid to Hypnotherapy. She's never been the same since she took part in that magicians stage show. It's quite difficult to try and explain to people that she's not really Twickenham's Town Crier; let's just hope they can get her out of the trance soon, it's costing me a bloomin' fortune!
Nathan Morley was on the line today and he told us about the terrible flooding in Cyprus at the moment; honestly if I were him I'd forget all about going out and just stay in the dry and warm with a bottle of Ouzo, but then this is Nathan we're talking about….he'd need at least a case of the stuff!
And what would we do without the lovely Roger Foss? He gave us his weekly Theatre Review, and it's all getting a bit spooky in Hammersmith at the moment, if you missed it then that's another reason to have a listen to the podcast!
