A man has reportedly tweeted a picture of his son holding what is claimed to be the severed head of a Syrian soldier.
Newspaper The Australian first printed the picture, which was accompanied by the caption "that's my boy".
The boy is the son of 33 year old Khaled Sharrouf - a jihadi fighter who is believed to have left Australia for Syria last year using his brother's passport.
It is thought the picture was taken in the northern city of Raqqa.
The Twitter account has since been suspended.
