Terms and Conditions for the Nine giveaway on LBC
LBC By accepting your prize, you and your guest(s) have agreed that you will not review or discuss the screening or film through any social media networks or communities (this includes, but is not restricted to Bebo, Facebook, Twitter) until December 18th’.
Closing date is 28th November
This competition is not open to employees of Global Radio, Entertainment Film Distributors, their agents or anyone else associated with this promotion.
The first prize is 2 tickets (1 pair) to the Premiere of Nine in London on 3rd December 2009
At least one of the winning party MUST be over 18.
Film certification applies.
The first prize winner will be notified on the day of the competition to check their availability and if they cannot attend or be reached within 30 minutes another name will be drawn. An alternative winner will be chosen every 30 minutes until a winner is successfully contacted who can attend the event.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Entertainment Film Distributors (EFD) cannot be held responsible if the event is cancelled or details changed due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond their control. In this event the winner will receive tickets to another EFD premiere happening in 2009/2010 which will be specified by EFD.
All prizes are subject to availability.
