Vanilla ice cream with hot Espresso and Amaretto

A stylish Italian dessert to impress your loved one... with the minimum of effort needed.

Serves – 2

Ingredients
2 shots of freshly made espresso coffee
2 tablespoon of Amaretto liquor
250g tub of good quality vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoon of grated dark chocolate (good quality)

Preparation
Drop 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream into each of 2 stemmed glasses or Cappuccino cups.

Pour over the freshly made hot espresso coffee.

Add 1 tablespoon of the Amaretto liquor per glass.

Sprinkle the affogato with grated chocolate and serve immediately.
