After Metropolitan Police Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe told LBC 97.3's Nick Ferrari that he wanted to see tasers in every police car, reporter Dan Freedman visited the Police Training Centre in Gravesend to find out how they work and what the police plan to do with them.
