Tens of thousands of people have converged on the centre of Cairo after calls for a million people to join protests against the Egyptian President.

The country's Vice-President has offered a dialogue with all politcal parties on constitutional and legislative reforms.

But protestors want President Hosni Mubarak to step down.

John Bradley, the author of 'Inside Egypt: The Land of the Pharoahs on the Brink of a Revolution', predicted the revolution in his book published in 2008.

Nick asked him what will fill the vacuum if President Mubarak does step down.
