Hundreds of train passengers were stuck on a stranded train overnight as London's transport failed once again to cope with the inclement weather. So why do we fall apart at the first sign of snow?
Nick Ferrari spoke to Mark, the father of a 15-year-old stuck on the train, and then had a lively row with Sarah Boundy from Southeastern Trains Customer Services.
