Joe
Answer
** Definitive **
Name: Diana
Qualification: She's done it herself!
Answer: I once heard the presenter say "Hello Diana" and replied with "Hi Diana". The reason is that I'd been waiting for a while and in my mind, I knew I was waiting for the phrase "Hello Diana". Therefore, as soon as I heard it, the first thing that was in my mind was to also say "Hello Diana"!
