Why can you hear your stomach rumbling out loud, but you can’t hear any other rumblings from your body?

Answer: Stomach rumbling is not the only noise we hear. You can also hear bowel sounds, which are a bit duller, and also knees cracking from bubbles. It’s to do with gases passing through liquids, which creates bubbles, which gurgles and slosh. It’s the same as if you don’t bleed your radiators, you get the same noise.
