Answer

** Definitive **
Name: Pam, Molesey
Qualification: My daughter had rhinoplasty surgery on her nose – a nose job.
Answer: It was remove a pronounced bridge in her nose. The surgeon went in through her nostrils, making an incision in each so they can be held open. They then break the bridge of the nose, shaving down the bone to make it the shape they require, then they repair it. Both the cuts and shaving cause bruising, which causes fluid and that fluid goes into the cavities around the eyes, making them black. It’s known as chronic haematoma.
