Why does running slower burn more fat?
QuestionMy personal trainer told me to exercise slowly in order to lose more fat. Why? Surely running faster would help me lose more fat?

So I’m burning a higher percentage of fat right now sitting and talking than if I was sprinting. When sprinting, you will burn more carbohydrate and less fat. Fat is a sustainable source of calories in your body.
