Answer

** Definitive **

Qualification: Used to run restaurant
Answer: When you overcook spaghetti, it turns to slush and doesnít hold together. The usual things you get on toast in a cafť Ė baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes Ė you can keep them on a hotplate and they keep their shape. If you did the same to spaghetti, you end up with a lot of slush.
