Why don't you see planes on Google Maps?

When you look at Google Maps, why do you never see an aeroplane flying under the satellite?

Answer: They do appear, lots of them. And here's proof near Bourne End in Buckinghamshire. My texters also tell me they are taken by plane, not by satellite.
