Answer: It’s not unpalatable – it’s to do with expectation. If you expect cold water, then tepid water will seem horrible. But if you expect tepid water, it’s fine. I drink a pint of tepid water every morning and it satisfies my thirst. Elle MacPherson recommends it as a way to keep healthy.
