Will we ever win an Oscar again after UK Film Council scrapped?

British film is on top of the world after The King's Speech won four Academy Awards on Sunday night. But with the abolition of the UK Film Council which part funded the movie, will we ever make an Oscar-winning film again?

Film director Michael Winner says the UK Film Council was useless, but former Culture Secretary Ben Bradshaw says scrapped it is disastrous.
