Zoo Keeper Tranquilised After Being Mistaken For Gorilla

A zoo keeper who dressed up as a gorilla for a training exercise was tranquillised after being mistaken for the real thing.
The incident took place at Loro Parque in Tenerife when staff where going through a drill testing them on what they would do if a gorilla escaped.
According to a local paper the staff member was running around the zoo to recreate how an escaped gorilla might act.
However a vet at the zoo had not been informed of the event and shot the zoo keeper with drugs suitable for 400lb gorilla.
He was rushed to hospital where he is reportedly in a serious condition.
