MPs have voted to reinstate controversial parts of Internal Markets Bill that could override the Brexit divorce deal and break international law.

The Brexit legislation returned to the Commons at around 5:45pm while talks between the UK and the European Union go down to the wire. However, divergences still remain between the two sides on fisheries, the level playing field and governance.

Boris Johnson will visit Brussels for last ditch talks later this week.
