The High Court this morning rejected a challenge to Boris Johnson's decision to suspend Parliament next week.

Campaigner Gina Miller said she and her legal team "will not give up" and is planning to appeal the decision at the Supreme Court on September 17. Follow all the latest updates on Brexit below.
