Caller shares his theory why almost half of school leaders needed mental health support last year

A new survey has revealed that around 45% of school leaders needed mental health support in the past year.

“The poor wellbeing and mental health of school leaders is extremely worrying and should be a real cause for concern for the government," said Paul Whiteman, the NAHT school leaders’ union general secretary.
