“The morning of Sunday, September 21, at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, in Glendale, AZ,” it wrote in a social media post.
Details about a private service for friends and family expected to follow the largescale event have yet to emerge.
President Trump said earlier this week he would pay his respects at his close ally's funeral.
Paying tribute, he said: "I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk."
"He inspired millions and tonight all who knew him and loved him are united in shock and horror.
"This is a dark moment for America."
Over the weekend, Mr Kirk’s widow Erika thanked Mr Trump and Vice President JD Vance for their support "in these terrible days".
In a tearful first address after his shooting, Mrs Kirk said: "May Charlie be received into the merciful arms of Jesus, our loving Savior.”
She said she "will never have the words to describe the loss" in her heart, but she takes faith that God knows what all this means.
"Our world is filled with evil, but our God is so good," she said.
Mrs Kirk said the "evildoers" responsible for her husband's death "have no idea what they have done".
Charlie Kirk was shot in the neck about 20 minutes into a student event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.
The right-wing influencer, who was known for holding outdoor debates on campuses across the US, was responding to a question from an audience member about mass shootings when a shot rang out.
Graphic footage shared online shows Kirk sustained a serious injury to his neck. Spectators can be seen screaming and running away after the shot was fired.
He was rushed away to hospital, but hours later it was announced that he had died from his injuries.
Police are understood to be investigating whether the suspected killer acted alone or could have had an accomplice.
FBI agents are scouring footage from the scene which allegedly shows suspected gunman Tyler Robinson on a doorbell camera talking about the shooting moments after the assassination took place.
Robinson, 22, of Washington, Utah, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily harm, and obstruction of justice, all felonies, according to an affidavit filed in court and released Friday. A judge ordered that he be held without bail.
