Live: Boris Johnson sets out lockdown plan to MPs

Boris Johnson has addressed MPs to formally outline his plans for a second lockdown after announcing them to the nation on Saturday.
The Prime Minister addressed the Commons at 3.30pm today where he confirmed there would be a Commons vote to agree the way forward.
He had been expected to warn coronavirus deaths over the winter could be twice as high as during the first wave of the pandemic.
