Man and woman arrested after teenage boy killed in car crash
A man and woman have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a teenage boy was killed following a crash in Flitwick on Friday, Bedfordshire Police said.

Police were called to Greenfield Road at 11.50pm on Friday after reports a car had been involved in a crash with three teenage boys.
Two of the boys were said to be travelling on a pushbike and another on a push-along scooter.
One of the boys was pronounced dead at the scene, with the two other boys taken to hospital with serious injuries, the force said.
A man and a woman, both in their 20s, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving over the prescribed limit and driving above the specified limit of a controlled drug.

Detective Sergeant Shona Searle, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire serious collision investigation unit, said: “First and foremost our thoughts are with the family of the boy who has lost his life in this incident, as well as the families of the two other boys who were injured.
“We are currently following several lines of inquiry to establish the circumstances around the collision and are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident or may have dash cam footage, doorbell footage or CCTV to get in touch as soon as possible.”
