Health Secretary Matt Hancock's appearance in the Commons comes after he told LBC he hopes we can have a “normal summer” in 2021 as the Covid vaccine roll out began across the UK.
The vaccine has been shown to be 95% effective against Covid-19 and works across all age groups, including the elderly.
