A former employee of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, testifying anonymously as 'Mia', has alleged the rapper sexually assaulted her "on more than one occasion".

'Mia' also said Combs raped her while she slept, adding she "just froze" and "didn't even process what was happening".

She also told the court she feared if she ever came forward about being sexually assaulted, she would be exiled and felt "terrified and trapped".

"I thought I was going to die with this," she said. "I didn't want anyone to know."

When asked why she hadn't spoken out sooner about the assaults, 'Mia' said: “I didn’t know that you had to tell the bad things that happened to you if nobody else saw,

She added it was “the most shameful thing of [her] life”.

The former assistant also said she is speaking now is because “when you’re scared into silence, these things continue to happen to others".

Celebrity stylist Denote Nash was also on stand for cross examination on Thursday, while 'Mia's' testimony is expected to last through to Friday.

'Mia' described Combs as an abusive and controlling boss who repeatedly assaulted her, and also recounted witnessing Combs violently attack his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, describing a brutal beating that left Cassie's head bleeding.

She added she was once awoken by Cassie running into the room screaming: "You gotta help me, he's going to kill me."

'Mia' further testified about the tense, threatening atmosphere in Combs’s home leading up to his alleged 2011 break-in at the residence of rapper Scott Mescudi, also known as Kid Cudi, after Combs learned Kid Cudi was romantically involved with Cassie.

'Mia' said she “absolutely” did not want to talk about the assaults but felt a moral responsibility to share her experiences.

“It’s the most traumatising, the worst thing that’s ever happened to me,” she said.

She also testified that she saw Cassie with black eyes, fat lips, bruising and gashes on various occasions, but never believed reporting Combs to the police was an option as "Puff was above the police".

She alleged there were multiple times Combs's name or face had gotten them out of speeding tickets, as officer's attitude would change when she proved she worked for him.
