4 October 2016, 10:26
Theresa May sat down with Nick Ferrari at her first Conservative Party conference as she attempts to stamp her image on the party.
Among the things she discussed with LBC are:
- She vowed to support soldiers and stop the "vexacious" claims against battlefield actions.
- She insisted HS2 is a vital part of the future infrastructure of Great Britain.
- She defended the broad scope of the child abuse inquiry after it lost a series of lawyers last week.
- And Nick asked her about the infamous words of Kenneth Clarke, when he called her "a bloody difficult woman".
