A one-year-old toddler has died after a crash on a campsite in North Wales.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision involving a young child and a vehicle at the Bryn Gloch caravan and campsite in Betws Garmon, near Caernarfon, at 10.20am on Monday.
A spokesman for North Wales Police has since confirmed the girl was airlifted to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool following the crash, but died in the afternoon.
Sergeant Simon Hughes, of the roads crime unit, said: "Our profound sympathies remain with the girl's family at this extremely difficult time.

North Wales Police have confirmed an investigation into the cause of the collision is now underway.
"They will now be supported by a specially-trained family liaison officer.
"The investigation to establish the cause of the collision is well under way and I would like to thank all those who assisted on the site today."
The force added that they are unable to release further details at this time.
