Detectives have named a woman who was stabbed to death in Camden as 22-year-old Sahkira Loseke.

Officers from Scotland Yard's Serious Crime Command are continuing their investigation following the murder on Belmont Street on Sunday.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder on Thursday and is being questioned by police.

Emergency services rushed to the scene after police were called at 23:13hrs on Sunday, 8 September to reports of a stabbing.

Sahkira was found at the scene with a stab wound and police provided first aid until the arrival of the London Ambulance Service.

A post-mortem confirmed the cause of death as a single stab wound.

Two other women were found with slash injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

They were taken to hospital for treatment.

On Friday morning a 26-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.

A 35-year-old woman was been arrested on suspicion of murder and has now been released under investigation.
