Almighty Bee Swarm Brings London Rush-Hour Traffic To A Standstill
17 May 2017, 16:31 | Updated: 17 May 2017, 16:55
A typical Tuesday rush-hour in London turned into chaos when a giant swarm of bees descended on the south-east of the capital.
Incredible footage shows bemused onlookers ducking for cover as thousands of bees filled the air in Greenwich Church Street.
It’s not clear why the insects appeared in such unusual numbers, but it was enough for Transport for London to warn motorists to “approach with caution”.

Officials later announced that the bees had been “safely relocated”.
