Iain Dale was joined by the Refugees Minister Lord Harrington for an LBC exclusive phone in.
The Refugees Minister was inundated with calls over the UK's slow work on housing Ukrainian refugees, after revelations that the Home Office had lost the data of countless would-be sponsors.
Lord Harrington also heard from a caller stranded in Paris who was waiting for a UK visa.
He also admitted that the UK was "not prepared" for the current crisis.
