Maajid: "Do We Want A World Where Rulers Can Gas Their Own People?"

This is Maajid Nawaz's case for doing everything we can to stop "tin pot dictators" like Bashar al-Assad and Kim Jong-un terrorising the world - and their own people.
"This really comes down to the kind of world we want to live in," said Maajid, standing in for James O'Brien on LBC this week.
"It comes down to whether you want all of us, together, as human beings, to live in the kind of world where tin-pot dictators can use weapons of mass destruction and chemical weapons with impunity...with no accountability.
"Whether we want the kind of world where rulers can gas their own people."
Maajid continued: "Whether it's in North Korea with nuclear weapons or in Syria with chemical weapons...and whether we all want to stand back and pretend nothing is happening.
"Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.
"Do you remember this word 'appeasement'?
"Certain things are impossible for us to stand by and tolerate."
