Nigel Farage was not happy with George Osborne after he claimed leaving the European Union without a trade deal would be “the biggest act of protectionism in British history”.
The former chancellor argued that Britain could not rely on new trade deals beyond Europe post-Brexit in a speech to business leaders on Tuesday.
Fuming on his LBC show over the remarks, Nigel Farage hit back: "I hoped we'd never see his pasty face in public life again, but just like John Major yesterday he has popped up!"
As he chucked his script across the studio, Nigel continued: "He has warned us against leaving the European Union without a trade deal - please be quiet! Get the gone! We don't want to know, you lost - the war is over!"
