Nigel Farage caused a bit of stir in Strasbourg today when he took EU bigwigs to task over Brexit.

He spoke during a fiery debate in the European Parliament, and in particular was not happy with Jean-Claude Juncker.

He accused the President of the European Commission of trying to “bully the Brits” over Brexit negotiations.

Nigel also called Mr Juncker's behaviour following a dinner with Theresa May last month "bloody rude".

Reflecting on his passionate speech during his nightly LBC show, Nigel noted how he felt the EU bigwigs still didn’t truly believe Britain was going to leave the bloc.

He said: “Basically they're in denial, even though we voted to leave, even though we've triggered Article 50 they think that if they play hardball with us, if they make a series of totally impossible demands that actually Brexit it won't happen.”

In the full video above, Nigel adds why he does not agree with the Liberal Democrats' manifesto pledge to hold a second referendum on Britain's EU deal.
