Penal reform expert Frances Crook illustrates the crisis in the prison system, which she say is in the worst state for 100 years.
Talking to LBC’s Stig Abell, Crook - Chair of the Howard League for Penal Reform - said that prisons are in a dramatically bad state, far worse than many people think.
