Donald Trump's pledge to build a wall on the Mexican border and put a ban on all Muslims entering America have been two of his most prominent and controversial policies.

Iain Dale spoke to Jan Halper-Hayes, former Worldwide Vice President of Republicans Overseas, who said that while Trump was far from the perfect candidate he did offer an alternative to the "broken" political system.
