Dollar Shave Club on Radio X/Capital/LBC - APRIL 2018
RULES
" The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.radiox.co.ukterms-conditions/, http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ and http://www.lbc.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the " Competition Terms and Conditions" of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to 'Dollar Shave Club' competition (the "Competition") which will run from Thursday 26th April to Friday 18th May 2018 on Radio X Network, Capital Network and LBC Network. (the "Radio Station").
" Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
" To enter the Competition an Entrant must click through to the Dollar Shave Club competition page from the relevant station newsletter and register their details.
" Online entry will open at 12:01 on Thursday 26th April 2018 and close at 23:59 on Friday 18th May 2018.
" Entrants must answer the multiple choice question to enter the competition.
" All entries from Radio X, Capital and LBC will be pooled together and one winner will be chosen at random from all eligible correct entries.
" The winners will be notified via telephone or email within 7 days of the competition closing.
Eligibility:
" Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
" Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
" Return train travel for two people to London
" Return private transfers from the station to the hotel
" Overnight accommodation at the 5-star Curtain hotel
" Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant
" Drinks for two people at Black Rock Bar in Shoreditch
" Dinner for two people at the Lido restaurant
Specific Prize Terms
" Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
" Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
" Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
" Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
" Drinks at Black Rock Bar are based on 2 drinks per person from the set menu. Winner and guest must be aged 18 or over to consume alcohol, photo ID may be required. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
" Dinner is on two adults enjoying a two-course meal from the a la carte menu including one drink, mineral water and coffee. Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
" All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
" Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
