MPs have voted to allow Boris Johnson's Brexit deal to pass to the next stage in the Commons.
It went through with a majority of 30.
But this is just the first step, as the legislation still faces amendments before a final vote on Thursday.
This evening MPs will vote on the controversial 3-day timetable to debate the bill.
Boris Johnson insists if that's not approved he'll withdraw the bill and seek a general election.
