This caller insists that British workers are not "too lazy" to take up the low income jobs currently filled by European migrants.
Andrea Leadsom told the Conservative Party Conference today that she hoped young people would help fill jobs like fruit picking when we do leave the EU and the flood of migrant labour ends.
Karen called Clive to share her own story of trying to find casual work picking grapes - only to be told that all that work went to Europeans.
"They wouldn't take my name or my number," she said. "I've since found that they have Eastern Europeans, they pay them low amounts of pay."
"But would British people want to be doing it?" asked Clive.
"Absolutely!" said the caller. "If it would help make ends meet, I would.
"It really upsets me that English people get labelled as being lazy when it's these companies, they won't employ English people!"
