Douglas Carswell Says He Would Make Up With Farage Over A McFlurry

The MP who left Ukip on Friday told Iain Dale he’s ready to bury the hatchet with the former party leader.
The MP for Clacton, who had been Ukip’s only MP in Westminster, announced he was leaving the party on Friday. He is now an independent MP for the area.
Iain Dale asked him whether would take Mr Farage out for a pint to make up?
Mr Carswell said he wasn’t much of a drinker, but he had an alternative offer.
