James O'Brien Reach

The world is talking about reports of what Russia has on Donald Trump - this is James O'Brien's unmissable reaction to it.

Last night Buzzfeed published unverified reports that Trump had engaged in sex acts with prostitutes in Moscow involving urination. It's a story that's caused a huge reaction, not least from Trump himself.

He's Tweeted: "Intelligence agencies should never have allowed this fake news to 'leak' into the public. One last shot at me. Are we living Nazi Germany?"

"Responsible journalists will have second thoughts about that," said James. "If it's unsourced should we be printing it?

"But, it's not the same as printing something that's absolute hogwash.

"The story is, this is what he's been told by his own intelligence agencies. He's been told that the Russians have footage of him, sitting in a hotel room in Russia, paying prostitutes to urinate on each other."

The Russian intelligence agencies have denied they played any part in spying on Trump, something James dismissed.

"It's simply a question of whether or not the President of America should trust American intelligence agencies more than he trusts Russian intelligence agencies.

"You know where we are? He trusts the Russians more!"

"If self-protection and self-preservation are the key things that get him out of bed in the morning, he can't countenance the possibility that this might be true, so he calls it a witch-hunt.

"As if witch hunts are bad. But he, during the campaign, described Hillary Clinton as an actual witch. Not as a term of abuse, as a description of someone who does spells.

"Every time I say stuff like that out loud, it's like a curious combination of 'Yep, I'm not going mad, that's a relief' and 'Nope, the world really is, that's not a relief.'

"An actual witch, who does spells."
